Relationship intelligence for real conversations
Understand each other better.
With everyone’s permission, Shalom turns an important conversation into a shared understanding, private reflections, and one practical next step.
We track sleep, recovery, movement, and stress. Shalom helps us pay closer attention to the relationships that shape our lives.
How it works
- 01
Start together
Both people actively consent on their own device. Nothing begins until each of you says yes, to that conversation, every time.
- 02
Talk normally
Pause or end at any moment, from either phone. Whether Shalom is listening is on screen wherever you are, and after a pause you both agree again before anything resumes.
- 03
Reflect separately and together
One shared understanding for both of you, and a private reflection only you can open — both drawn from the same record of what was said.
- 04
Take one next step
One small, concrete action — owned by whoever offered it, or by both of you when it was something you agreed together.
Shalom is never always listening.
One moment, three views.
A fictional weekly check-in. What was said, what you may have meant, and a reflection only one person can see.
Maya — “When plans change at the last minute, I feel like I am carrying the whole week.”
Daniel — “I thought I was helping by staying flexible.”
Nothing is analysed until one of you confirms this looks right. Either of you can leave a line out, and it stays on the page marked as not analysed rather than quietly disappearing.
Not every meaningful conversation is a fight.
Shalom keeps the moments that made you feel like a team, not only the ones that were hard.
“Daniel thanked Maya for making the plan specific.”
“You both laughed after clearing up the mix-up.”
“The apology arrived in the same conversation as the disagreement.”
“Two dinner nights, chosen by Wednesday.”
“He rearranged Thursday so she could rest.”
Remember what helped, and what you promised.
Each relationship has its own space. The note from each conversation, the things you both agreed were worth keeping, your open agreements and your good moments stay useful over time — while the word-for-word transcript follows the retention you chose rather than living forever.
Transcripts expire on your schedule. What you kept on purpose stays.
Bring the useful parts to your therapist.
You choose exactly what to share, with one person you name, for a limited time, and either of you can revoke it at any moment.
- Choose the individual conversations they may see. There is no way to say “everything”.
- They sign in and enrol two-factor before they can read a word — the invitation link itself shows nothing.
- Anything the two of you own together needs both of you to approve.
- Every time they open something, both of you can see that they did.
Intimate conversations deserve a smaller data footprint.
Every conversation requires mutual consent
Consent is per conversation, active, and given separately by each person on their own device. It is checked on the server, not in the interface.
Audio is deleted after transcription
Recordings exist only long enough to become text. If transcription fails they are kept up to 24 hours so it can be retried, then deleted either way.
Private reflections stay private
Your partner never sees yours, and it is never part of a share unless you deliberately share your own copy.
No advertising based on conversation content
Your relationship is not an audience to be sold. There is no analytics or advertising code in this product at all.
You control retention, deletion, and sharing
Shortening how long transcripts live takes one of you. So does deleting a conversation, or revoking a professional’s access. Deleting the whole relationship takes both.
Shalom is a reflection tool, not therapy, emergency support, or a system for deciding who is right.
The whole of it is written down in what we keep and for how long.
